Members of the VWMC will be singing on The Great Lawn at VanDusen Botanical Garden on Thursday, August 11th. We will be presenting a 25-minute set of VWMC favourites appropriate to the beautiful surroundings and the summer season (think Blue Skies!). Led by our Music Director Jonathan Quick, with guest pianist Ken Cormier, our performance will begin at 2:00 pm, and will be repeated at 2:35 pm. Bring a picnic, or purchase refreshments from the Garden Cafe or Shaughnessy Restaurant. Bring some friends to join you for a wonderful afternoon of good music at Vancouver’s premier botanical gardens!
Regular admission or membership to the Garden applies (pay or show your card at the Visitor Centre), with no extra charge for the performance. Before or after the performance, visitors are welcome to explore the 55-acre garden.
